Giving thanks

Happy Thanksgiving! I do not think of Thanksgiving as a major holiday for our family. We have done something different for almost every Thanksgiving that I can think of. I was sad to miss the Lions/Packers game that Chelsea, Mom and Dad attended this year, but I attended a pretty incredible feast.

There was a turkey and a ham! With an additional 15 sides at least. Oh and of course grandma's amazing pumpkin roll was once again a smash hit as one of the 6 deserts.

A break from Paradise

Looking at the calendar I realized that if I did not get off the rock right now, it was not going to happen for a few months at least. So I went to my other home, New York. It was such a fantastic time to go, I evengot to see some foliage. The first day I walked around the city which was amazing, and I ended up in Central Park, where else right? Such a great time catching up with friends, eating amazing food and enjoying being some place fantastic.
